MDIC Quality Assurance Program
MDIC is dedicated to providing quality consulting services to the federal government and as such has a dedicated quality assurance officer assigned to all engagements. This individual is an officer of the company, an experienced consultant, and reports directly to the President of the company.
All deliverables and major documentation is reviewed by the quality assurance officer and in more complex projects this person help to define QA\QC processes using such techniques as CMMi, ISO9000, and six sigma that are most appropriate to the project. The quality assurance officer is available throughout the duration of the project for comments, concerns, and questions.
MDIC is committed to continuous process improvement. We ensure the overall quality of performance through thorough planning that establishes performance standards and lines of accountability at the outset of every task. We clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each task team member, monitor performance metrics and take proactive measures to remedy deficiencies and implement recommendations for process improvements.
